SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  On 11/22/17, at approximately 1136 hours, officers responded to a minor motor vehicle accident at the White Market. The operator of one of the involved vehicles, Bobby Brooks, was found to have been operating with a criminally suspended license.  Brooks was transported to the St. Johnsbury Police Department for processing and released with a citation.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 11/21/2017 at approximately 1848 hours, it was reported an apartment located on the south end of Pearl Street had been broken into between 0900 hours and 1845 hours. On 10/25/2017 at approximately 1724 hours it was reported a vehicle struck another vehicle at Champlain Farms, and left the scene. The collision caused minor damage to a vehicle parked at the store. A subsequent investigation revealed the operator to be Joshua J. Petitpas, who was operating without a valid license, after having received a previous civil violation within the previous two years for operating without a license in VT.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  Schexnider who is facing a plethora of charges was recently released on conditions, including Condition 5, “You must report to St. Johnsbury Police Dept police station/barracks and check in on Saturdays by 8:00AM-8:30AM."  And Conditions 12, “You must NOT buy, have or drink any alcoholic beverages. “  On 11/18/17 (a Saturday) Schexnider was found to have violated both of these conditions.
