MOTOR VEHICLE CRASH

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Police came upon a vehicle stuck in a snowbank at the intersection of Pearl Street and Eastern Avenue.  The operator, Chakeshia Tyson, stated she attempted to turn right onto Pearl Street while traveling down Eastern Avenue and slid off the road into the snowbank.  The vehicle struck a sign and  sustained damage to the front and driver’s side front fender.  No injuries were reported.  Icy road conditions contributed to the crash.  Tyson’s license to operate was under suspension; she was ticketed and the vehicle was towed by Caledonia Wrecker Service.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  On 02/15/18, at approximately 0244 hours, officers made contact with Brooke Rowell on Elm Street during a motor vehicle stop.  A subsequent investigation found Rowell to be in violation of her Conditions of Release. Rowell was cited and released and is scheduled to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Caledonia Criminal Division on 03/26/18 at 1230 hours.
