SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On April 26, 2019, Sgt. Lester Cleary and I responded to The Fairbanks Inn at 401 Western Ave, for the report a female that will not leave the premises. After further investigation we found the female to be Kasea Hill which had a warrant for her arrest out of Lamoille County. Kasea Hil was then arrested under the active warrant for her arrest and was also charged with the offense of Violation of Conditions of Release.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On April 10, 2019 St. Johnsbury Police Department responded to the area of Eastern Ave in St. Johnsbury, for the report of a male with a pipe, hitting signs and post. Jayden VonDoemming was located on Pearl St. and then sprinted across the intersection of Pearl St. and Maple St. nearly getting hit by a vehicle. VonDoemming was then arrested for the offense of Disorderly Conduct.

On April 29, 2019, Ofc. Robert Gerrish stopped a motor vehicle for an observed violation. Upon further investigation, it was revealed that a passenger in the car was in violation of a Relief from Abuse Order. Jason Fournier was arrested for the violation and lodged in lieu of $500 cash or surety bail at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility upon the order of the Honorable court.

Summary of Incident:
On April 21, 2019, Ofc. Robert Gerrish attempted to stop a vehicle on Old Center Road for a motor vehicle equipment violation. The vehicle failed to yield and attempted to elude responding police units. The vehicle was later found off the road partially submerged in Stark Brook off Stark District Road. A search warrant was requested and executed, leading to multiple pieces of physical evidence being recovered suggesting who was operating the vehicle. On April 26, 2019, <EXPUNGED> voluntarily reported to the St. Johnsbury Police Department and admitted to Ofc. George Johnson that she was operating the vehicle during the incident. <EXPUNGED> was charged as above and issued several traffic tickets relating to the incident. Ms. Wells was cited into Caledonia Superior Court for an appearance on June 10, 2019.

During the investigation, [EXPUNGED] became disorderly and was arrested. [EXPUNGED] was cited into court for the above charges on June 17, 2019. Subsequently, [EXPUNGED] was screened and determined to be an incapacitated person and lodged at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility.

Summary of Incident:
On April 18, 2019, Ofc. Robert Gerrish stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation on Old Center Road. Mr. Christopher J. Eastman was found to be a passenger in the car. Record checks revealed Eastman had an active warrant out of Grafton County Superior Court, New Hampshire for Possession of Heroin (which is a Felony punishable by up to 7 years in prison in NH). Mr. Eastman was placed under arrest and processed as a fugitive from justice. Eastman was ordered held without bail by the Honorable Scot Kline and lodged at Northeast Regional Correctional Facility.

Subsequent investigation revealed that [EXPUNGED] was operating under the influence of alcohol. [EXPUNGED] was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence. [EXPUNGED] was cited into Caledonia Superior Court, Criminal Division for initial appearance on May 6, 2019 for DUI #2.
