SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 06/24/2020 at approximately 9:30 PM, an aggravated assault that occurred on the evening of 06/20/2020 or the early morning hours of 06/21/2020 was report to the St. Johnsbury Police. The report was alleged to have happened at The Fairbank’s Inn located at 401 Western Avenue in St. Johnsbury while both the victim and the accused were guests. On 06/25/2020, after investigation Jerry Watts 63 of St. Johnsbury was taken into custody and charged with the crime. He is scheduled to appear in Caledonia Court on 10/05/2020 to answer to the charge.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On the above date and time, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint that Mr. Travis D. Tetreault was inside the Maplefield's store despite having received a prior note of trespass prohibiting him from returning to the property. Tetreault was arrested and removed from the property. Tetreault will face the charge in Caledonia Superior Court on October 19, 2020 at 1000.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 06/27/2020 at approximately 8:00 PM, St. Johnsbury Police responded to 34 Oak Street in the Town of St. Johnsbury for a report of a male that was stabbed. Upon arrival we located a 24 year old male with a laceration to his face. The parties responsible for the assault fled the scene in a late model Chevrolet Malibu reported to have Virginia plates. The occupants were reported to be 3 African American males with a white female operator. On 06/10/2020, Jamie L. Cates attempted to pay for items with a counterfeit $100.00 at Maplefield’s, after investigation it was learned that Cates had operated a vehicle to the store and was under criminal suspension. While waiting for the tow truck, Cates drove away with the vehicle triggering the second count of DLS and NL.

On the above date and time, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint about a suspicious character at the Domino's Pizza on Railroad Street. Upon further investigation, Jonathan M. Fuller (33) was located and determined to have an active arrest warrant out of Lamoille County. Fuller was arrested and lodged at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility.

The charge stems from a traffic stop that occurred on 05/09/2020, where Little was issued a traffic for operating after suspension. It was later learned that at the time of that stop Little had active conditions stating he could not operate a motor vehicle unless licensed to do so. He is schedule to appear 08/24/2020 to answer to the charge.

The citation was issued after Larocque was seen operating a black Dodge Journey in the area of Price Chopper in St. Johnsbury. A check with dispatch found Larocque to have a prior No license conviction within the last two years. He is scheduled to appear in Caledonia Court on 09/21/2020 to answer to the charge.
