On the above date and time, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint of an assault subsequent to a street fight that occurred in front of the Fairbanks Inn. After investigation, Aida Gomez and Angelyz Morales (both of St. Johnsbury, VT) were cited into Caledonia Superior Court to answer the above charges on November 23, 2020 at 1000.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On the above date and time, an officer on patrol witnessed a motor vehicle being operated with two different license plates and an expired inspection sticker on Railroad Street near the intersection with Pearl Street. The vehicle was stopped in the Mobil gas station parking lot. Further investigation revealed the juvenile operator had given St. Johnsbury Police officers a false name and was actually criminally suspended. The juvenile operator was found to have consumed alcohol furnished by the passenger, Todd J. Sasso, Homeless of Woodsville, NH. Sasso was also arrested for furnishing alcohol to a minor. Sasso was cited into Caledonia Superior Court to answer that charge on November 23, 2020.

Minutes later the department received another complaint that the same male had assaulted Mr. Philip Masure on Washington Avenue and stole a hat from him. John M. Pinto was arrested, processed at the police department for the above charges and cited into Caledonia Superior Court on November 2, 2020 at 1000.
