SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, an officer on patrol noticed motor vehicle violations on a 2006 Audi traveling on Lafayette Street. The driver, Kenneth Carter (55) of Ascutney, was found to be driving while criminally suspended and operating a motor vehicle belonging to a person whose vehicle he was prohibited from coming within 300’ of due to an active Final Order for Relief from Abuse. He was arrested and brought to the police department. Further investigation revealed that Kenneth Carter had recently engaged in communications or actions towards the listed victim which both violated the relief from abuse order and [EXPUNGED]. Carter was ordered released on conditions by the Honorable Court and was flash cited into Caledonia Superior Court to answer to these charges on October 27, 2020 at 12:30pm. This case is under further investigation.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: At approximately 2342 hours a St. Johnsbury police officer arrived at a residence on Central Street on a report of a citizen dispute. During the investigation the officer learned that [EXPUNGED] had violated his conditions of release (curfew) and was involved in the dispute. On 10/24/2020 at approximately 0132 hours, St. Johnsbury Police Officers conducted a traffic stop on US-Route 2. The vehicle was found to have [EXPUNGED] as a passenger. [EXPUNGED] was subsequently arrested and charged for the violation on 10/21/2020 along with additional other charges.

On August 13, 2020, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint of a person [EXPUNGED] by contacting a witness in a case against him, threatening her with exposure of personal information, demanding money as well as leaving several voicemails. After an investigation, on October 24, 2020, Rich was located in a motor vehicle stopped by Cpl. Hartwell and arrested for this and other cases. Rich was cited into Caledonia Superior Court to answer the above with a court date of January 4, 2021 @ 10:00AM.

Also arrested for driving with a criminally suspended license and his second offense of driving without a license after he admitted to driving to Maplefields.
