SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On the above date and time, St. Johnsbury Police Department officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Federal and Pearl Streets. The vehicle was stopped in the driveway of a residence on Pearl Street. The operator, James M. DeWolfe (54), was screened and subsequently arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of DUI-Drugs. A DRE exam was completed and an evidentiary blood draw obtained. Mr. DeWolfe was released on a citation into Caledonia Superior Court to answer the charge on July 12, 2021 at 0830 hours.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On the above date and time, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a report of a disturbance occurring on Cliff Street. After further investigation, the situation was traced back to a residence on Cliff Street where the aftermath of an underage drinking party was located. The occupant of the residence, an 18 year old male, was arrested for five counts of furnishing alcohol to minors and 1 count of contributing to juvenile delinquency. A 14 year old was also found to have consumed or possessed alcohol and was also taken into custody for that delinquent act. Several underage juveniles were also found to have consumed alcohol or marijuana and were released to their parents. Both the 14 and 18 year old were cited into Family Court.
