On 08/28/2021, St. Johnsbury Police responded to Elm Street in St. Johnsbury for a report of a possible assault. After investigation, Zackari Sevio was taken into custody. It is alleged that Sevio, pushed kicked and punched a household or family member. Zackari also was armed with a loaded hand gun at the time of the assault which he pointed at his victim. Sevio was held at the Northeast Regional Correctional Center in St. Johnsbury for lack of the $2500.00 Bail Imposed. He is scheduled to appear in Caledonia Court on 08/30/2021, to answer to the charges of 1st degree aggravated domestic assault and reckless endangerment.

A St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Bay Street and the vehicle was stopped as it pulled into the rear driveway of 22 Washington Ave off River Road. The driver, Jonathan Rutledge, was found to be operating after criminal suspension for DUI. This was his 3rd incident in the past 5 year period. Rutledge was arrested and later released on a citation. Rutledge will appear in Caledonia County Superior Court on November 8, 2021 at 0830.

St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officers responded to a reported disturbance near 51 Depot Square. The victim reported that Jeremy Bathalon threatened him and followed him, while displaying brass knuckles. Earlier that evening St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officers had responded to a report of a threat made electronically by Mr. Bathalon to the same victim. Bathalon was located and arrested. A set of brass knuckles was seized. Bathalon was later released on a citation into Caledonia Superior Court to answer the violation on November 8, 2021 at 0830 hours.

In what was Ms. Kelley-Sherwood’s fourth interaction with police that evening, a neighbor reported that Ms. Kimberly Kelley-Sherwood lowered her pants, exposed her buttocks and invited the neighbor to “kiss my (redacted)!” Kelley-Sherwood was cited for the above violations into Caledonia Superior Court on November 22, 2021 at 0830 hours.

Parks was admonished to not drive any more in violation of court conditions. Parks was cited into Caledonia Superior Court on October 4, 2021 at 0830 to answer this case.
