On 09/30/2021, I witnessed Joseph Ellis sitting on the steps outside of Kingdom Crust. I had been told Ellis had an active arrest warrant. After confirming with dispatch, I placed Ellis under arrest. Ellis was processed and taken to the Court House, then released on conditions.

On 09/22/2021, Tylynn Langmaid was stopped on Western Avenue for equipment violation. After investigation she was taken into custody for operating after criminal suspension, and suspicion of DUI. Two juvenile females in the vehicle were also found to have consumed alcohol. One was cited to family court and the other was issued diversion paperwork. As a result of this Langmaid was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

The operator, Jerry Allen, was found to be driving in violation of an active condition of release prohibiting him from operating a motor vehicle with alcohol in his system. Allen was arrested. Allen was later released on a citation into Caledonia County Superior Court on November 29, 2021 at 0830 hours.

The ensuing investigation led to the arrest of Nicolas Balch, 41 of St Johnsbury following a review of surveillance video. Balch was cited to appear on October 18, 2021 to answer the charge.

After an investigation, Zackari Sevio was cited at Northeast Regional Correctional Facility for violation of conditions of release. Sevio was cited into Caledonia Superior Court to answer the case on October 18, 2021 at 0830 hours.
