On June 30, 2022, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Pleasant Street. The vehicle was stopped on School Street. Further investigation revealed the operator was driving without a drivers license and with a prior civil conviction for the same violation within the past 2 years. Lyon was cited into Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment date of September 12, 2022 at 0830 hours. His car was grounded.

On June 24, 2022, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed an illegally parked car near the intersection of North Avenue and Maples Street. In the back of the car was found to be Janita Ledoux, who was out and about in violation of conditions of release. Ledoux denied who she was to the patrol officer. Ledoux was arrested and brought to the police department. Ledoux will face arraignment in this matter in Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment date of August 8, 2022 at 0830 hours.

On June 23, 2022 at about 2008 hours, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received multiple complaints of a disturbance on Hooker Hill. Upon further investigation, [EXPUNGED] was found to have struck a parked car with her vehicle and then engaged in disorderly conduct with residents in the area after the collision. [EXPUNGED] displayed signs of impairment by alcohol. [EXPUNGED] was arrested and brought to the police department where she refused to provide an evidentiary breath sample. [EXPUNGED] was released to the custody of a sober adult. [EXPUNGED] is scheduled for arraignment in Caledonia Superior Court on July 11, 2022 at 0830 hours.

Shari Hitman had an active felony warrant for unlawful mischief (over $1000) and violation of conditions of release. Hitman was arrested without incident and brought to the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility where she was lodged on $50 bail.
