Investigation revealed that the operator displayed signs of impairment by a substance other than alcohol. The vehicle operator, Brian Brewster, was arrested for suspicion of DUI Drugs. A Drug Influence Evaluation was obtained with the assistance of the Vermont State Police. Brewster was released to a sober adult. Brewster was cited into Caledonia Superior Court regarding this issue with a court date of January 9, 2023 at 0830 hours.

The operator, Jazmyn Cummings, was found to have an extraditable warrant out of Coos County, New Hampshire for 3 counts of felony possession of controlled substances. Cummings was arrested as a Fugitive from Justice and brought before the Honorable Court where she was ordered held pending extradition. Cummings was lodged at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility.

Fuller, DOB: 10-15-86 was taken into custody by Lt Bickford without incident and transported to the Northeast Correctional Facility where he was lodged on his $500 dollar warrant. The warrant was issued on 09-20-22 as Fuller had failed to appear in Essex Court on some underlying charges.
