SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 05/24/2023 at approximately 02:00 hours, St. Johnsbury Police responded to a report of a male in traffic on a bicycle. The male later identified as Bradley Leonard was transported by CALEX to NVRH as he was under the influence of alcohol. On arrival to NVRH, Leonard jumped from the ambulance and ran off. Leonard later called the police department and advised he walked back into town and retrieved his vehicle. Leonard was located at NVRH where he had driven his vehicle. He was subsequently taken into custody after a prolonged struggle with police and charged with DUI and resisting arrest.

Greenwood was cited into Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment date of June 12, 2023 at 0830 hours and advised to return to his court assigned address.

The female was located, the counterfeit currency was seized and she was cited into Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment date of August 14, 2023 at 0830 hours.

At approximately 2300 hours, the other Juvenile involved was cited into Family Court for Simple Assault. Due to the parties being Juveniles, their identities are being protected.
