SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  On April 2, 2024 Patrick Salisbury, 32 of Keeseville, NY, was arrested on Railroad Street after he failed to appear on March 25, 2024 for the charges of Leaving the Scene of an Accident and Operation after Suspension (Criminal).  Salisbury was transported to the St Johnsbury Police Department and released on a citation to appear on Aril 3, 2024 at 1230 hours..

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: 

 

On 04/01/2024 at approximately 2016 hours, I was on patrol traveling up Eastern Avenue when I observed Morgan Clark.  I am familiar with Clark through multiple police involvements and was aware of an active warrant for her arrest (warrant for aggravated domestic assault with weapon $1,000 bail.) I arrested Clark.  While being processed into the correctional facility Clark was searched and found to have items on her person, one that later field tested positive as fentanyl and another that field tested positive as Cocaine base (crack.)
