On 01/30/2024 Benjamin Heath was cited to appear in Caledonia Court on 02/12/2024 for an incident that occurred on 12/23/2023 when St. Johnsbury Police responded to a burglary alarm at the Fairbank’s Museum. On arrival Benjamin Heath was located inside the building and opened the door for police. Heath advised that he came in through an open door to stay warm and once inside the building was unable to get out. Heath was reminded that he had just opened the front door to let police in. Ultimately he was cited to appear in Caledonia Court after it was found that he pried open a door to get in and also did $1025.00 in damage to the Planetarium door which was a special made $4000 fire door.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  ON January 24, 20234 officers were sent to Coles Redemption  for a report that Brandy Moses was in the store.  Officers arrived and Moses attempted to hide by running from the Laundromat to the store and back.  Moses also was taken into custody without incident and transported to the St Johnsbury Police where she was issued citations for Bad Check by the St Johnsbury Police as well as an Operation without the Owners consent by Vermont State Police. Moses was then transported to the Caledonia County Superior Court.  Moses was arranged on her warrant and released on Conditions.

Mishke, 55 of Putney in the store.  Mischke was taken into custody on his warrant for Furlough Escape, and also subsequently charged with Unlawful Trespass for being at the convenience store and also Aggravate Disorderly Conduct after threatening to kill the arresting officer.  Mischke was lodged at the NERCF on his warrant and will appear on February 12, 2024 to answer the new charges.

I placed May under arrest for his warrant, while searching May incident to arrest I located a plastic bag with a substance believed to be crack cocaine, which field tested positive as such. I also found a glassine bag with a powder substance believed to be Fentanyl.

Pepper was taken into custody and later lodged at Northeastern Correctional Complex on the warrant.
