SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 12/15/18, at approximately 0928 hours, Officer Sophie Patenaude observed Gina Barrette operating a black Saturn Ion on Railroad St. Barrette exited the vehicle, and Ofc. Patenaude made contact with her at 169 Railroad St. A subsequent investigation confirmed Barrette’s license to be criminally suspended. Barrette provided false information in regards to her operating the vehicle, and resisted arrest. Barrette was cited, and is scheduled to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Caledonia Criminal Division on 02/11/19 at 0830 hours.
