SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On June 14 to the 15, 2019 between the hours of 2300 and 0600 hours someone went on to a property on Pleasant Street in St. Johnsbury and took down an American flag that was hanging in the front yard and ripped it in half and laid it in and a X pattern on the front lawn.
