On 08/23/2019 at approximately 1730 hours, Charles Nestor was arrested and charged with false tokens and petit larceny after surveillance video from the Subway Restaurant on Railroad Street showed him to a person who had paid for his merchandise with a counterfeit $100.00 bill.
