SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 09/30/2019, St. Johnsbury Police took [EXPUNGED] into custody for [EXPUNGED], [EXPUNGED] and [EXPUNGED] for an assault that occurred earlier in the day. The charges stem from [EXPUNGED] being armed with a fire arm and discharging that firearm during the assault of a household or family member. The petit larceny charge is for [EXPUNGED] being found in possession of the victims license plate after it was reported to have been stolen.
