On 02/10/2020 at approximately 2256 hours, St. Johnsbury Police responded to a report of a physical altercation at 425 Pearl Street in the Town of St. Johnsbury. After investigation [EXPUNGED] was taken into custody and charged with 1st degree aggravated domestic assault after he was found to have assaulted a household or family member. [EXPUNGED] was cited into the Caledonia County Superior Court to answer the charge on 02/11/2020 at 1230.
