[EXPUNGED] was cited for Disorderly Conduct & Noise in the Nighttime after the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a second call about loud music and noise from an apartment unit on 78 Hastings Hill, 14 minutes after the original complaint wherein the occupants were advised to quiet down. [EXPUNGED] will  face the charges in Caledonia Superior Court on August 3, 2020 @ 0830.

After receiving several calls about activity at 78 Hastings Hill during the days of April 18^th and April 19^th, the St. Johnsbury Police Department cited Mr. George E. Phelps, Jr (37) for the crimes of Stalking, Criminal Threatening & Disorderly Conduct. Phelps will  face the charges in Caledonia Superior Court on August 10, 2020 @ 0830.

On 04/07/2020, Garrett M. Southworth was stopped for a motor vehicle violation on Concord Avenue in the Town of St. Johnsbury. After investigation Southworth was cited to appear in Caledonia Court in June for operating after criminal suspension. South worth was also issued Vermont Civil Violation Complaints for No registration, Plates not assigned and operating without liability insurance.
