SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
[EXPUNGED] was cited for Disorderly Conduct &
Noise in the Nighttime after the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a
second call about loud music and noise from an apartment unit on 78 Hastings
Hill, 14 minutes after the original complaint wherein the occupants were
advised to quiet down. [EXPUNGED] will face the charges in Caledonia
Superior Court on August 3, 2020 @ 0830.
