SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date & time, St. Johnsbury Police Department officers observed Tyler L. Ehmann (31) walking across a parking lot towards the Fairbanks Inn (near Mt. Vernon Street) in violation of a 24 hour curfew. Ehmann was cited into Caledonia Superior Court to answer the charge of Violation of Conditions of Release. Ehmann’s court date will be February 8, 2021 @ 1000 hours.
