SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On September 21, 2023, The St Johnsbury Police Department responded to a report of an assault on 25 Wright Avenue in St. Johnsbury. The ensuing investigation led to the arrest of Charles Demers, 26 of St. Johnsbury and Roseanna Limlaw, 51 of St. Johnsbury after the pair assaulted one another following a disagreement. Both parties were released on citations to appear on October 30, 2023 in Caledonia Superior Court.
