SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 02/23/2024 at approximately 2323 hours, I was notified of a debit card that was picked up outside a residence on Lafayette St in St Johnsbury and was used to make multiple purchases at stores in the area. The Residence the card was taken from had a security camera that caught a female and two males walk past and the female picked up the card. The female was identified through previous law enforcement encounters as Jessica Webb of St Johnsbury. After further investigation, on 03/15/2024 Webb was arrested and charged with identity theft and fraudulent use.
