SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 12/10/17,
at approximately 0228 hours, officers responded to a report of a fight at the
intersection of High Street and Mount Vernon Street. A subsequent investigation
revealed that Mallissa Larocque had been operating a motor vehicle prior to
officer response. At the time of officer response, Stephani Larocque was in
physical control of the vehicle. Both females were arrested and processed for
Driving Under the Influence, and released on citations to appear at Vermont
Superior Court, Caledonia Criminal Division on 12/18/17 at 0830 hours.
