SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: A business on
Railroad Street reported a possible intoxicated operator traveling on Railroad
Street. The caller described the vehicle and provided the plate
number. Police observed the vehicle traveling south on Railroad and saw
that the operator was swerving within the lane. The vehicle parked in
front of Jiffy Mart and the operator exited the vehicle, stumbling toward the
back of the vehicle. After investigating, police arrested Christine
Harris on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.
