SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 06/30/18, Officer Sophie Patenaude responded to Cole’s Redemption for a report of a male who had trespassed on the property. A subsequent investigation determined that Michael Buck had illegally entered the property after having been served a notice of illegal trespass on April 6, 2018. Buck was located and cited for Trespass, and is scheduled to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Caledonia Criminal Division on 08/06/18 at 0830 hours.
