SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On June 30th, 2018 it was alleged [EXPUNGED] intentionally scratched the side of a vehicle parked at the Fairbanks Inn on Western Avenue in St. Johnsbury after having been in a dispute with the owner of the vehicle. On July 4th, 2018 [EXPUNGED] was issued a citation for Unlawful Mischief.
