On 01/18/2019 at 1629 hours, Jordan Passut was arrested after he was seen on video entering a vehicle that did not belong to him at RecFit on Perkins Street in St. Johnsbury. A short time later Passut used a credit taken from that vehicle to purchase items at a convenience store.
