On 01/27/2019 at approximately 0106 hours, Kasea L. Hill was stopped for a motor vehicle violation on Railroad Street in St. Johnsbury. She was subsequently taken into custody for operating after criminal suspension 5th offense and suspicion of DUI 3rd offense. During processing Hill was found to have active conditions of release from Caledonia for driving after suspension she was also cited for that violation.
