Summary of Incident:
While on patrol, Ofc. Robert Gerrish of
the St. Johnsbury Police Department observed a motor vehicle violation.
Subsequent investigation revealed the operator of that motor vehicle, Mr.
Alexander K. Cleverley, was operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
As Mr. Cleverley had a prior civil conviction for driving without a license he
was arrested, processed and cited into court for License Required. Roy will
answer the charge in Caledonia Superior Court, Criminal Division on January 6,
2020.
