Summary of Incident:
While on patrol conducting Governor’s
Highway Safety Program operations, Ofc. Robert Gerrish of the St. Johnsbury
Police Department observed a motor vehicle violation. Subsequent investigation
revealed the operator of that motor vehicle, Ms. Dalice Noyes, was driving on a
criminally suspended license, Noyes was arrested, processed and cited into
Caledonia Superior Court on January 06, 2020 for the above violations.
