Summary of Incident:
While on patrol, Ofc. Robert Gerrish of
the St. Johnsbury Police Department observed a motor vehicle violation on
Pleasant Street.
Subsequent investigation revealed the
operator of that motor vehicle, Mr. Chad R. Pelkey, was driving on a criminally
suspended license.
Pelkey was arrested, processed and cited
into Caledonia Superior Court, Criminal Division on January 27, 2020 for the
above violation.
