received a complaint of a man seen on security video putting a bottle of wine
down his pants and leaving Cole’s Redemption Center without paying on December
13, 2019. After investigation, Mr. John D. Aunchman of St. Johnsbury was
located and cited into Caledonia Superior Court to answer the charge of retail
theft on February 24, 2020.
