SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 02/06/2021, Ofc Craig Watrous Jr. and I responded to Family Dollar for a report of a vehicle following Courtney Bartlett from Horizon's Deli to Family Dollar. I made contact with Bartlett and was informed from dispatch that she had an active warrant for her arrest out of Rutland. Bartlett was arrested and handed a citation for court based on the warrant's request.
