SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
During the below incident, after Dylan Brink was taken into custody by Ofc. Guyer – the minor operating the car was found to be in possession of 2 boxes of 12 bottles each of Twisted Tea alcoholic beverage. An investigation traced the alcohol back to Mr. Brandon Neville of Lyndonville, VT, who was located and cited for furnishing alcohol to a minor. He was cited into Caledonia Superior Court on June 14, 2021 @ 0830 hours.
