SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 04/09/2021 at approximately 0110 hours, St. Johnsbury Police located a running vehicle blocking the intersection of Town Garage Road at Western Avenue. Upon approach to the vehicle, they found the operator sleeping. When the operator later identified as Joseph Breer was waken he attempted to drive away. Breer was removed from the vehicle and found to be under the influence of alcohol. He was transported to the PD and processed for DUI.
