Davis was found to have an active arrest warrant from Chittenden County for a failure to appear. Davis was arrested and transported to NECC for lodging on $200 bail.

Further investigation revealed that the operator was out and about in violation of a 24 hour curfew. Denzel Davis was cited into Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment date of January 23, 2023 at 0830 hours.
