SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 11/22/2022, Officers were dispatched to a burglary alarm on Prospect St. Upon arrival, I made contact with Brenden Davis, who advised he was cleaning inside, and did not get out of the building before the alarm went off. Davis was found to have an active arrest warrant from Chittenden County for a failure to appear. Davis was arrested and transported to NECC for lodging on $200 bail.

On November 5, 2022, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Memorial Drive. The vehicle was stopped. Further investigation revealed that the operator was out and about in violation of a 24 hour curfew. Denzel Davis was cited into Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment date of January 23, 2023 at 0830 hours.

After investigation it was found Xavier Parker had fled the scene after he punched Andrew Hunter in the head multiple times inside the store; following an argument over Hunter stepping on Parker's shoe. 11/17/2022, Parker came into the police department and advised he was struck by Hunter as well. On 11/20/2022, Hunter came into the police department and was arrested for simple assault mutual fray
