SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 11/17/2022, Officers responded to a report of a fight at the Eastern and Main Market Deli, in the Town of St Johnsbury. After investigation it was found Xavier Parker had fled the scene after he punched Andrew Hunter in the head multiple times inside the store; following an argument over Hunter stepping on Parker's shoe. 11/17/2022, Parker came into the police department and advised he was struck by Hunter as well. On 11/20/2022, Hunter came into the police department and was arrested for simple assault mutual fray
