SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 11/19/2022 at approximately 2232 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on a white Cadillac for no visible license plate. Passenger, identified as Albert Vieira from previous encounters, would not identify himself to me upon asking. Vieira was in violation of his court ordered curfew from 7pm-7am at a residence in St Johnsbury. Operator, [EXPUNGED] was also arrested for his own curfew violation.
