On 11/09/2018 at approximately 1651 hours, St. Johnsbury Police responded to a report of a Domestic Assault that occurred on Maple Street in the Town of St. Johnsbury. After investigation Timothy Bright was taken into custody, after it was determined that he had grabbed a household or family member by the throat to the point where they could not breathe and almost lost consciousness.
