SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 11/24/18, at approximately 1936 hours, officers responded to 134 North Ave. for a report of a disturbance between two females. While officers were on scene investigating, Jessie Aldrich yelled and used obscene language, and made unreasonable noise. Aldrich was cited, and is scheduled to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Caledonia Criminal Division on 01/28/19 at 0830 hours.
