SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On August 29, 2019, the St Johnsbury Police Department was called to a reported Leaving the scene of an accident call. Patrons of the Kingdom Taproom had their vehicle struck in the municipal parking lot. Witnesses described the vehicle as a dark blue Toyota and was reported to be operated by a female with short hair. Video obtained shows the suspect to be wearing a safety green colored shirt, shorts and operating a darker colored sedan with a sun roof.
