SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: At 2310 hours, Officers of the St Johnsbury Police Department responded to the Jiffy Mart at 169 Railroad Street in St Johnsbury. The clerk had called reporting a pair of men kicking and banging on the doors of the locked store. On arrival officers found Adam Gilman, 33 of Newark in the parking lot. The subsequent investigation led to Gilman being taken into custody for Disorderly Conduct. Gilman was cited and released. Gilman will appear in Caledonia Court on October 21, 2019 to answer the charge. The second male in the incident fled prior to arrival of Police.
