Fradette was cited, and is scheduled to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Caledonia Criminal Division on 05/21/18 at 0830 hours.

She was lodged at NERCF for lack of the $200.00 bail imposed on the warrant and was cited to appear in Caledonia Superior Court Criminal Division on 05/14/2018 for the other charges.

On 03/21/2018, I was contacted by Family Dollar Store in St. Johnsbury advising on the Evening of 03/20 a female came into the store and made a purchase. At the end of that purchase the female asked for change for a hundred dollar bill. At the end of the transaction the female left the store with the change and the hundred dollar bill. I obtained store video of the incident and released photos from that video to the local media, and the St. Johnsbury Police Department press release page. The photos were reposted to the Caledonian Record Facebook page. Almost immediately we received calls and messages identifying the female. On 04/05/2018, Renae E. Ross 29 of St. Johnsbury came into the PD and advised she was the person in the photos. Ross was cited to appear in Caledonia Superior Court on 05/14/2018 to answer to the charge of Petit Larceny.
