SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 04/17/18,
Ofc. Sophie Patenaude took Ryan Mulligan into custody on Railroad Street, as he
had four active warrants. Mulligan was found in possession of heroin, and was
also in violation of his conditions of release. Mulligan was lodged on the
warrants and cited. He is scheduled to appear at Vermont Superior Court,
Caledonia Criminal Division on 06/4/18 at 0830 hours.
