On 04/07/2018 at approximately 2153 hours, Hannah E. Casterline was stopped on Railroad Street in St. Johnsbury as she was recognized by officers as a person who had an active arrest warrant. She was taken into custody on the warrant and was subsequently charged with operating a motor vehicle after criminal suspension and Possession of a Stimulant, Depressant or Narcotic drug. She was lodged at NERCF for lack of the $200.00 bail imposed on the warrant and was cited to appear in Caledonia Superior Court Criminal Division on 05/14/2018 for the other charges.
