SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 04/05/18, Officer Sophie Patenaude located Christopher Fradette on Portland Street, and took him into custody on an active warrant. A subsequent investigation determined that Fradette was in possession of heroin and cocaine. Fradette was cited, and is scheduled to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Caledonia Criminal Division on 05/21/18 at 0830 hours.
