On March 18, 2019, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint of an intoxicated male driving a motor vehicle on Pleasant Street. Subsequent to a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation, investigation revealed that [EXPUNGED] was operating under the influence of alcohol. [EXPUNGED] was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence.
