SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 04/13/2019 at approximately 0119 hours, St. Johnsbury Police responded to a report of an assault in the Family Dollar parking lot at 719 Railroad Street in the Town of St. Johnsbury. Upon arrival I met with a male who advised that he had been struck in the head with a glass. The male was treated by CALEX ambulance for a laceration to the top of his head. At approximately 1730 hours, I met with Scott Mason who was charged with aggravated assault in connection with this incident.
